INITIAL CONSULTATION
The first step to your couture order is the consultation where you will be meeting with a Client Relations specialist by appointment at any of our flagship stores or even Online. In this meeting, we will discuss the purpose of your order in detail. All clients are encouraged to communicate reference ideas and provide pictorial visuals for anything they feel needs to be a part of their design. Our design consultant will offer their design solutions to ensure that every detail of the garment is noted.
MEASUREMENTS
After your consultation, measurements can be done in person or virtually with our team of skilled consultants with precise direction. We capture detailed structural measurements to ensure that the drape, structure, and sizing of the bespoke creation fit you flawlessly.
DESIGN PROCESS
Our team of skilled seamsters and seamstresses will commence work on constructing your bespoke, handcrafted piece made to perfection. From drawing board sketches and pattern layout modifications to the fine hand embroidery, the process can take anywhere from a period of 6 to 12 weeks to bring your couture vision to life.
DELIVERY
After the final fitting, your couture one-of-a-kind garment will be packed with utmost love and care within our luxury packaging. Our dispatch team will then contact you to finalize the dispatch details via phone or email to ensure safe, premium delivery.
